Not recommended- Very cheap facilities
We had an exceedingly negative experience at this hotel. Firstly, the staff service was notably slow. Secondly, the quality of the food was inadequate. Additionally, the rooms designated for occupancy were smoking rooms. Furthermore, the air conditioning units draw in outside air, which unfortunately includes smoke-laden air. It is also worth mentioning that there is an absence of parking attendants on the premises. Lastly, essential amenities in the restroom, such as a hair dryer, comb, and toothpaste, were not provided.

Poor Stay
I had requested a change from a twin room to a double bed room, as I had mistakenly booked the wrong type and was staying with my wife. However, the hotel staff asked for an additional amount that was nearly three times the room type difference, which felt unreasonable.

Average Stay
Overall, my stay at the hotel was pretty average. Out of the three rooms we booked, one had major issues—the bathroom had poor water flow and it wasn’t properly cleaned. Even after raising the concern, nobody really responded or tried to fix the problem. Also, during check-in, the hotel seemed severely understaffed. No one was available to help with luggage, so I had to manage everything myself. There was a long queue and I ended up waiting around 20 minutes to get the keys. That part was still manageable, but not ideally a concern. On the brighter side, one of the rooms was clean and well-maintained, which was a bit of a relief. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. That said, the service was quite slow, so even a good meal came with a wait. All in all, it wasn’t an average experience but it definitely could have been a lot better if the basic room standards were met and the availability of the staff.
