Good Stay
stayed at Regenta Hotel for 2 days with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again

Spacious room with delay in service deliwvry
Room was awesome. Lighting could have been better. Room service was a bit of laggard with quite a delay.

Very polite staff which made our stay pleasant.
Very pleasant stay as the staff is very polite and rarely says no for anything 100% to their efforts. The breakfast is good. Just one drawback is that this hotel is little away from Golden Temple which makes it inconvenient to travel during 4.30am Palkhi timing.

Average Stay
Food: Hygienic and fine in taste. Room: Very average, the air conditioner wasn't functioning well neither was the hotel wifi. Had to connect my phone's internet to make the television functional. Swimming pool: Untidy and unkempt Location: Walking distance from the railway station.

Poor Stay
Hello, I'm quite disappointed with your services; they were the worst. No one was available to assist or direct me to my room when I arrived. The pool , gallery area wasn't clean, and The towels were too filthy, too. There were no welcoming beverages as stated on the reservation, and your staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to wait too long for everything.

Terrible Stay
An Absolute Nightmare. Avoid This Place at All Costs. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. My recent stay here was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish, "Unprofessional" doesn't even begin to cover it; they were rude, unhelpful, Hoping for a simple meal in my room, I made the mistake of trying the room service. I ordered a basic dinner and was told it would take 40 minutes. Two hours and three phone calls later, a cold, pathetic-looking meal finally arrived.The delay was the unapologetic attitude of the staff who delivered it was the icing on the cake. But the absolute peak of this hotel's incompetence was what they did to my car. I had parked my car in the designated hotel parking. The next day, I came down to find it had been moved to a different, much tighter spot. Nobody had informed me. No call, no message, nothing. I quickly realised they hadn't just moved it—they had smashed it. In their infinite , the staff member who moved my car had it squarely into a pillar. The entire bonnet is now crumpled and dented, to their carelessness. When Ibrought this up with the management, their response was a masterclass denial. There was no immediate apology, no accountability, just a vague mumble about "parking being tight." This hotel doesn't just offer bad service; it is actively disrespectful of its guests and their property. The rude staff, the service, and the unforgivable damage to my car have made this the single worst hotel experience of my life.

Property location is good, food is not all good and staff operation to customer not satisfietary. Two time light went off and I had to myself to reception to complain

Good Stay
Location of hotel was very central to all the sight seeing. Food was excellent. They have a very nice lay out of buffet breakfast. Many options to choose from. Staff was very courteous and 1uick to respond. Rooms were spacious with all the facilities. Minor issues with some of facilities in our room but overall experience was very good

The property was good the food was nice but the room was not upto expectations and there were a few things which were not in order the washroom's shower was not working properly there was no mini fridge in our room but problems were resolved later
