I really liked my stay at the regenta place raaj hotel. The room was spacious, i had booked a room for 3. The restaurant can do some upgrade as the food i ordered was not available at the time. Overall a good stay for the budget. Will definitely visit again

The rooms were good, but they have serious parking issue for vehicles as the same are parked outside the property premises. The food was not upto the mark need serious improvement. No high chair available for babies/ infants.

Most of the rooms are without window. New property but staff is very less. Buffet was not available in lunch and dinner. Tandoor was not available hence no tandoori roti, no tikka. No tandoor items

Very particular reg checkin timings

The place is neat and the rooms are good. I had a three bed room. Their chekin time is 14:00 and checkout time is 11:00 my booking was from 06th oct to 08th oct. I arrived at the hotel on 06th oct at 08:30 i was told that i cannot checkin since the chekin time was 14:00. The room can be made available only by 13:00 the reception also told that for early checkin, i had to pay charges (around 3000) i did mention that i had booking until 08th oct 11:00 but i will vacate on 07th oct 20:00 i will not stay during the night. Hence i requested them to kindly make the room available with extra charges. They did not comply to this. So i had to leave the hotel for the trip without taking bath etc. I returned at 14:00 and only then could enter my room. This was one of the problems i faced during my stay. So if you are booking likely to reach early, please double check with them if they will accommodate you without any additional charges. The price of the food items are quiet high. I saw the latest reviews quiet poor for this hotel. I did not believe it until i went there and saw myself.

The location of hotel is not easily approachable. The rooms are small and the service is very slow. We had to face water issues and some smell issues though the room was changed but service was still poor. The brand which speaks for itself is loosing its goodwill here.
