Review Of Relax Inn, Matheran

The room was in an extremely unhygienic condition, covered with black, stinking fungus — including the bed and pillows. I had to use my own towel just to be able to lie down. There was not a single clean surface in the room. The bed was broken, the fan only worked on full speed or not at all, and the wash basin tap didn’t function. The water heater was so small it could barely heat enough water for a cup of tea. I couldn’t sleep the entire night due to the dirt and poor condition, and I had to leave as early as possible. This was by far the most terrible stay I have experienced.

i will say that don't judge a book by its cover out the building is looks like old house but inside it as middle class buget friendly rooms they provide blankets, towels and heat water timings from 8 to 10 am in morning and should carry a aadhar card as identifiaction

Good cottage for couple stay. Owner of property khalid is very good helpful supportive and well mannered and helped me for food, horse riding and matheran points. Hotel is walking distance from matheran railway station and value for money, you can see toy train through the window and mountains valley also from the 1st floor and back side of room. Owner of property provided me extra time for stay and didn't charge me anything. Thank you again khalid.

It was a awesome stay at relax inn and the view was wonderful from the room and the owner of the room khalid was also helpful and it is near to market and matheran railway station and it is secure for family stay and for couple to restaurant are near by and also is it in center of matheran so the points are also walkable distance

It's not a property to stay. It's a house in a village -like location, with goats surrounding you. Location is pretty dirty, with no amenities and services. Property is not maintained well and basic things are not provided. Basic higiene is not maintained and not cleaned.

The hotel wasn't justified as per the price. In a small room we four people were adjusted.

Ac is not working at all and we have changed for the ac room, the change is also we have paid for the ac room

The stay was good. Rooms were averaged but cleaned. More importantly the staff and management were really helpful and supportive! thanks to them all ! it's even very near to matheran railway station and market area.

Good & budget friendly rooms without food, only for stay. Food & breakfast available in market beside matheran railway station & point are not far from stay. If you like trekking its in walking distance within 3, km. Overall okay.

Bad experience. Air conditioner is not working. Location is not good - too inside. Difficult to find. Room were ok. No one was there at reception.

In affordable budget you can can stay here near to matheran railway station within 5min walking distance. Staff was very helpful and guided us for tracking places.
