The hotel is fantastic! the food quality, rooms, and service are outstanding. Upon our request, the swimming pool was cleaned by 7 am, and we're thoroughly enjoying it. The staff is very cooperative. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

The view of the lake and the hills from the rooms is amazing. The restaurant serves delicious food. The entire property is quite pretty and well-maintained. It offers entertainment for people of all age groups. Highly recommended for weekend getaway.

Property location was excellent. Good lake side views from rooms. Well maintained property. Cleanliness and hygiene well taken care of. Cordial and polite staff at reception. Good food menus, very tasteful. Kitchen staff is well mannered, response is good. Hotel rooms are well designed. All age group can enjoy the stay. Ample parking space. Good housekeeping services. Staff very polite, attentive and attends promptly to special requests. Overall excellent experience. Will surely recommend to friends and family relatives. Good indoor game facilities, clean swimming pool.

A Paradise Retreat – An Unforgettable Experience We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and I must say, it was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The resort itself is breathtaking. The views are nothing short of spectacular. The beautiful lake and woods around added to the beauty of the place. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable bedding to the clean and hygienic bathroom. Waking up to the lake view with the stormy rain clouds and the chirping of the birds did it for us. The dining options were also good. Every meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and a menu that catered to all tastes. The resort offers a wide range of activities, from spa, nature walks , hiking to simply relaxing by the pool. There’s something for everyone, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience. What truly sets apart is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. They were always available to assist with any request, big or small, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. The best staff we liked are Aaqif, Manish Singh, Vinod Kumar , Hamid ,Sonu Kumar, Debnath and room service staff Aayush and Inzamam. In conclusion, Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just a place to unwind, this resort offers it all. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our return. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quiet, surreal and unforgettable experience.

The stay was awesome, we got panoramic lake view rooms and the view from there was beautiful. The staff is courteous and helpful, the resort should work on the food taste but that's something which can be ignored because of other things.

Food, stay n service is awesome. Overall experience is excellent, staff is very helpful n humble. Resort is well maintained except one suggestion swimming pool area missing shower n changing room.

This is a very ood property at excellent location. Rooms are very big and well equipped with additional sofa cum bed and setty near large panoramic window. Restuarant menu is good and serves the purpose of 2 -3 nights stay very well. There are lot of open grounds to play various outdoor sports and they do have all equipment and good condition. There is good swimming pool with 3 compartments serving kids, young and adult very well. The pool table & tt table are also in good functional condition. Staff is well mannered. We were served multiple times by server amreen and she was good

overall good. food ordered in the room is good. Service is lax and needs lot of improvement. Breakfast buffet has always been bad, limited options, quality and taste not at all good even for basic dishes like Idli nd Dosa. they don't seem to do any improvement on this for a long time. Staff needs to be trained better. Swimming pool is good, and property is big. Check in time was 1 pm before but for this booking it was 2pm on a weekday so that's bad. check out 11am is fine. Only if they came improve breakfast it is 5 stars. Don't have breakfast buffet here, rather order Ala Carte which I'm assuming would be good or step outside for a 2 mins drive on the right to have outside at Roadside restaurant.

Rooms: Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Comfortable bed, excellent view, and high-quality amenities. Location: Perfectly situated in downtown, close to attractions, shopping, and public transport, yet quiet. Food: Exceptional with a diverse breakfast buffet, delightful rooftop dining, and prompt room service. Amenities: Well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, clean outdoor pool, reliable Wi-Fi, and excellent business facilities. Service: Attentive, friendly, and prompt staff. Helpful concierge and thorough housekeeping. Overall: Exceeded expectations with luxurious rooms, prime location, delicious food, extensive amenities, and outstanding service.
