The stay at RESTEL was unsatisfactory, and it was considered a waste of money. Service was below expectations. Responses to requests were consistently delayed, and staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. This negatively impacted the overall experience and created a feeling of neglect. Cleanliness was a serious issue. Cockroaches were observed in the room, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. The lack of a tea or coffee maker was a missing basic amenity. Additionally, the 'kitchen facilities' appeared unhygienic, which lowered confidence in the hotel's standards. The air conditioning unit in the room did not function correctly, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Based on these experiences, this hotel is not recommended for travelers seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.
