Excellent place to stay. Breakfast is apt and nice. Very good for official trips. I generally use this hotel for my official trips to vadodara. Also is near from nh48. Has spacious parking.

MakeMyTrip service was excellent.. But in hotel, as a guest we want some improvement like if we are 2 people then u have to arrange 2 chairs, and for hand wash, kindly provide paper napkins on desk for green go environment. Room service was excellent 👌.. We liked your services which is perfectly shootable as a enhance able project of government towards go green and eco friendly environment... We are thankful for you for addressing save energy and water 💦 initiative.. Thank you..

Excellent! the hotel is well maintained, friendly staff and easily accessible from the main road. They have the early check-ins and late check outs which comes with a price, but it will be better to have the check-in time as 12:00 instead of 14:00. The complimentary breakfast was good and their in-house restaurant's(veg only) room service is very fast and tasty food, but a little costly. Overall the hotel is best for business travellers as it is 20min away from the airport.

Hygiene, service and ambience was definitely a plus point. The infrastructure is new so it gives a fresh vibes as you stay there. Would recommend it.

The hotel is good also room are well managed. But some accessories for bathroom morning, it's not there so there is service but receptionist and manager don't know it.

Rooms are good. No varieties in the food items. No quick assistance i felt there. Keys lite in other states are outstanding

1. no menu 2. phone not working 3. ⁠no intercom numbers provided 4. ⁠its like, you are on your own 5. ⁠this year’s worst experience out of the 50+ days stay that i have had across india 6. ⁠main manager is rude with almost all customers and cannot take ownership of anything

Hotel name not on board in front of hotel, no intercom numbers in rooms, almost no soap in soap dispenser ( for hand wash) tried number of times to get room service on phone, at the last had to go to the restaurant to give order for room service. Rooms were good, no complaint. Hotel in transition between sayaji ji and lemon tree, so looks like both not showing g any interest in maintaining minimum service level. Managed to eat the ordered sandwich, overall a bad service

Parking person is very rude and not a gentleman. Receptionist is very kind but parking person disturbed my mood of enjoy with family
