When we reached, there is not power, the backtery backup is not sufficient in there, only fan is working, phone is switched off but power is not here. Why people do this, adequate emergency backup is not there for hotel, shame on you people, rooms also dirty

We would like to clarify that this situation occurred because of a transformer issue, which, unfortunately, took one day to repair. The delay was primarily due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, during which most KSEB staff were on leave. This was the first time we faced such an issue at our property, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your experience.
After discussing the matter with our staff, we confirmed that they had informed you about the power outage before your check-in. We also offered a full refund prior to your arrival, but you expressed willingness to stay, acknowledging that it would be difficult to find alternative accommodation at the same price during that time.
While our backup power source was available, we made it clear that it might not last for an extended duration. Despite this, you chose to proceed with the stay. Please note that we refunded all other guests who opted to leave and did not allow any new check-ins until the transformer issue was resolved.
