Terrible Stay

We are having very terrible experience so far from this booking. Not a single service is as per expectation. We were waited outside the house for almost 1. 30 hours then shifted another property for temporarily where the ac was not working. I request makemytrip to take strong action and apologies to us. This experience will be shared in social media very soon
