The location was good and approachable to main market. Bedroom was neat and clean. Bathroom was good and tidy . Bed was very comfortable. TV was OK and having all types of channels . Service was also good but required improvement. All the problems are attended and resolved nicely. Thanks

It is a nice hotel looks like apartment. Staffs were helpful. Exhaust was not working in the bathroom otherwise everything was fine.

The stay wasn't that great it was average. The location was convenient but reaching to another place was difficult. The property was not properly furnished and not well maintained. The cleanliness and the security were okay.

Hotel was supposed to be in a locattikn but when I reached there it was stated to be full. So they put me to a different place.

Okay still. Place near to t-nagar. So people can stay to get around. These people have two hotels in same name same area. I went to the main hotel where it showed me in map. Later when I went and asked, they told that it was the other one and it was a service apartment. Okay stay it was. For someone going single it can be fine

Hello, I booked this hotel from make my trip for 3 days. My check in was 12pm. But I need check in at 6:30 am. I request them but after long arguments the given the room. I already paid room rent online in make my trip OK. I check out before 14 hrs but the ask me early check in Rs 500. I request them I am checking out before 14 hrs. But the refuse . Make my trip please do not deal with this kind of hotel. The are cheating people. I will file case against rich inn hotel apartment soon.

I drove around the city for 3 hours asking the hotel employees for directions. They then directed me to a different hotel room other than the one I paid for had a really unpleasant experience.

Completely mismanaged. No concern at all. Caused lots of disgust.
I stayed in two different places.
