Tv was not working, indicom was not there, wi-fi network was slow, balcony was not clean food is good in taste

Its was an average experience at richmond ananta elite. The property is beautiful and vast with all amenities but the basic room services were lacking such as daily bath towel replacements and toiletries refill. Breakfast timing was changed as per the staff. Coffee was served 20 mins after ordered.

The property was just owned by ananta and is still under development. Location is kind of dry, there is no place at a walking distance. Otherwise the rooms and services are awesome.
