Awesome location, just behind the iconic christ church on Ridge. Friendly and supporting staff. Full time geyser. Clean n warm. I visited on new year eve. Shimla was full. But these hotel guys were so welcoming n hospitable.

Situated on very centre of Mall Rose Shimla. Problem of some water and the same was solved By hotel employees within few minutes. Staff was so polite and in my view the hotel a person must visit is ridge view.

The hospitality of the staff was very good and they provided all the things we needed but the cleanliness in the hotel and rooms was not up to the mark and there was a very limited menu for food but the food presentation was good and food was quite pleasant.
