E everything was good only problem with restaurant renovation there were construction sounds happening so that couldn’t sleep properly and there were sound disturbance that’s it

It was fine and have a homely feeling there. But breakfast was not as satisfying as expected. Hope it will be better next time.

Rooms was spacious and neat and clean and well arranged service also too good . And food quality is excellent with staff support and everything was perfect location also in town itself where you will not find any difficulty

The facilities were well up to the mark with good service. The location is very easy to find and is well connected with the city. The restaurant that serves on the ground floor is very good. The calm and peaceful atmosphere helps you concentrate on your job more

Good rooms

No restaurant on sun-day evening

Please confirm in advance about the availability of restaurant on sun-days before booking. The restaurant was off on the sun-day which we booked and the hotel staff said it was due to reception/party that is holding there on conference halls and staff shortage due to corona. At least they could inform us about the non-availability of the facility. We booked food from zomato and other than this all was good.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of the city very close to many institutions like the Kerala public service commission.
There was no doorbell. The space for bath inside the toilet was very small.

Idely dosa not available in morning tiffen but also good all items, coffee and tea flasks not available in room.
Fix led lights, maintain doors properly and provide south indian food.

Rooms are spacious for 2 people. Very nice dressing table, bathroom, two charging points near bed. However on the side, there were smelly pillows left in the almirah (designated pillows were fine). A footprint on a beautiful chair, which might be from an obnoxious customer. The most serious problem was that AC did not work very well. As the room is anyways cool, I didn't face too much problem, but whoever need temperature to be below 20C will be disappointed.

Good Stay. The hotel is easy to access when coming to Trivandrum from the Malabar for PSC Purpose. Service is average. Room and environment are well maintained. It is not so expensive as compared to the overall facilities provided. The menu of breakfast is limited to North Indian dishes. It may be considered to include more South Indian dishes also.
