It's nice property, staff is very polite n helpful. Location is very close to main road opposite famous bus stand if madurai. Food also testy. Suggestion. Need small table in bathroom while taking bath. Old person specially who suffered back bone problem pain can stand for bathing next ten minutes. Else all thing is ok

Clean well maintained stay. Spacious room with ac, geyser, tv and also a fan. Missed the room kettle-coffee-tea facility. For this price that would be added. Though located very near the maatuthavani busstand, it is quite calm. No sounds of hussles and bussles.

Peaceful location. Large and spacious rooms clean and nicely maintained premises healthy and super breakfast with lot of items. Had a pleasant stay. Ample parking. 4-5kms away from the meenakshi temple.

Nice clean hotel for short 2-3 days businees/ tourist stays. Comfortable rooms, good spread of local south style breakfast (plus Parathas, curd, pickle for north Indian guests alternate days i suppose). Friendly staff, prompt room service are key highlights. Overall excellent, safe place to book. Approach road may be little scary at first, but will get used to 2 ways of approach if u explore. Not an issue at all ( on a back road off & opp Mattuthavani bus stand... thru sidco industrial estate, road work wip July 2024)

The stay is at a great location and accessible to all restaurants and essential needs in a walkable distance. The parking place is covered basement parking which is awesome and restaurant also serves good. The associates at restaurant are approachable and having nice gesture towards the people. Mr nelson also is very friendly towards customers and helpful. Overall the stay is good and everything else also is good. Nothing bad about this place. Will recommend to stay anyone visiting madurai and i can opt for same place on my next visit.

Location: very close to matuthavani bus stand. Easy access. Food: breakfast was pukka south indian. Good. Amenities: not much as this is budget hotel. Free wifi though is there. And lots of parking space for car.

Spacious room with pleasant atmosphere and also able to park our vehicle inside the premises with security protection. We have enjoyed a lot the service and also carry our 3 month old baby boy while have breakfast by one of the staff. Thanks for the support

I had chosen this as my place to stay along with my family for a holiday in madurai and they offered me 2 executive rooms and also a complementary breakfast with a very decent price. I think for the price, this residency is very much worth it. They had also offered an extra bed to the room that was included in the price. The rooms are sufficient for 3 people and are neatly maintained by the staff. The staff behaviour to the customers are also remarkable. There is an intercom available in every rooms through which we are able to call up the reception for our enquiries and also the restaurant for the food items which will be delivered to our respective rooms by the staff members from the restaurant. Now coming to the negatives, i could point out two negatives which are that even though we get free wifi, the wifi connection is really bad and is getting cut often almost all the time and i was not able to proceed with my work. The second thing is that, is not considered to be a negative factor yet, the food provided by the restaurant that is delivered seemed to be quite expensive for its quality but it is the correct price when it comes to quantity. Also the road to the residency if maintained neatly would impress and attract even more customers to the residency. (a small suggestion. Overall this is a very great stay for anyone who wishes to stay in madurai city by grabbing the best price that is available on the makemytrip platform. Highly recommended stay.
