overall a very good experience with this hotel but there was no white light and a little outside noise was coming.

The hotel room needs a thorough renovation. It seems that the hotel has not been refurbished and renovation since inception. Here food is tasty and reasonably priced but you have to buy a litre of package drinking water @ ₹50/- per bottle where the MRP of such bottle is ₹20/-. Though you may charge a service charge for providing the said water bottle in the comfort of your room but I failed to understand the logic of charging 1.5 times more as service charge and moreover you are compelled to buy it since no other source of drinking water is available for consumption. The staff are friendly and extra friendly to extract some extra tips from you. All the department will demand tips separately from you. The management join hands to justify these wrongdoing by the pretext of some Supreme Court judgement which allows service charge on package drinking water by hotel authorities but failed to understand the service charge should not be 150% of the product price. A more realistic and professional approach and attitude is solicited from a supposedly 3* rated hotel.

There was humming sound from the AC, the geyser didn't work but that's fine. Outside of the room, the corridors had mouldy walls and ceilings. The door mats in the room were dirty, so rubbing our feet in the mats made the feat dirter than before.

The place is very nice and the room guard's dining hall is very good, very clean and the food is 10/9.5, the taste is spicy and amazing. Overall 10/9.5

The stay was really good. The staff was nice and the food was great. However the follwoing things could be improved: 1. The wasroom lacks bacis requirements like - handwash 2. The rooms needs renovation, the plaster was coming out at a few places.

The overall stay and food quality were good, and the property is located in a nice area. However, I had a disappointing experience on the last day. Since in-room dining was unavailable, I was asked to arrange food from outside. When I requested a few plates, I had to wait for nearly an hour. Instead of being apologetic, the staff seemed indifferent and walked away when I followed up. While the property itself is good, the staff’s unprofessional attitude left a negative impression.

Disgusting and dirty and old room, AC does not work. The photos of the room and the reality does not match.

AC was not working, even the fan they provided later was not properly working. AC is a basic amenity how can a hotel compromise on that!!

The room was not well-maintained. The key card was not working. The breakfast was good. The staff were cordial.

My recent stay was peaceful and refreshing. The room was clean, tidy, and the bed with fresh linens was cosy. The washroom was well-equipped with necessary kits. Accessibility to the metro station and availability of a lift were convenient. However, the AC made a rattling noise throughout the stay, and the restaurant offered average food with limited hours. I didn’t use the TV, hot water, fridge, or kettle. This hotel is recommended for work-related stays, but not ideal for family trips due to the lack of nearby family restaurants.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Kolkata and had a wonderful experience overall. Location: The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants and facilities within walking distance. Food: The food was absolutely delicious — honestly, it’s reason enough for me to choose this hotel again whenever I visit Kolkata. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms were very clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the expected amenities. Room service was prompt and excellent as well. Suggestion for Improvement: The only drawback I noticed was the TV setup. The channel selection is very limited, with hardly any English channels available. On top of that, the resolution is not HD, which feels outdated in today’s world of Full HD and 4K displays. While I understand that TV is not the main factor in a room, when you just want to relax and watch something for an hour or two. Overall: Despite the minor issue with the TV, this hotel offers great value, and I would happily stay here again.

Property is quite old the location is very good, the food also is very good and they serving till 3.00 am. Thier Lift is breaking down frequently, otherwise all the other facilities are good.

It was not upto the mark as I expected. The hospitality was not proper. Even the food was not good. Burnt noodles were being served to us. Even during the check out time nobody came for carrying out luggages. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Room was clean and comfortable ,staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Reasonable with price highly recommended
