The hotel was worth visiting if you are a couple and seeking a small room but very aesthetic and cosy you must try this out it is very close to the main market. Good vintage look and you can do various activities like playing carrom cricket and badminton. Overall it was a great experience would love to visit again

Best staying option for couples

The hotel is located within 1km of lonavala railway station and opposite to the railway crossing. The building will give you a feel of heritage stay but without stressing your pocket. The staff are very polite and gentle and a special kudos to the chef who presents awesome foods. Nevertheless, my experice at ritz heritage was perfect from all aspect.

Excellent quiet place with colonial ambience one would love to experience once in a life time with excellent courteous staff especially kapil dad a rokade who goes out of his way to co operate and make your stay comfortable. Restaurant service is good with choicest of food in the menu. Worth visiting again. I must also thank shrikant shinde for extending his courtesy in enabling a comfortable stay.

They accept foreigners. We asked a few questions by text before our arrival, and they were quick to reply. The room was really spacious and clean with long hot water. Good wifi. The food was really good with an efficient service. They have a nice backyard surrounded by green trees. The hotel is located on a side street, which is quiet but still really close to other restaurants.

If u have been in search of some different place to stay at lonavala ritz heritage is perfect place for u as it is situated nearby market only but isolated cottage style specially liked the concept of wall paintings. Hospitality is nice u can plan family stay as well friends hangout. Recommended for pocket friendly nice stay

Very good property, had a pleasant stay and they takes good care of customers. Requested for late checkout and they have agreed for that and the receptionist mr. Kapil has take good care of us and helped us on getting local vehicle for sightseeing as well as to go to our bus pickup late night. Its about 1. 2km from railway station and the auto rickshaw wala charge you 100-200 to reach here you can go for evening walks on the streets its in walkable distance.
