Very comfortable stay. Overall very satisfied. They provided even package breakfast early in the morning if you happen to visit temple in morning.

My husband and i absolutely loved our stay at rivetas. The cleanliness, hospitality and most importantly the food. Everything was perfect. We honestly could not question a single thing. The food in particular was very nice and not oily or overly spicy and just what we needed on a holiday. The location is great. Special mention to the little shop in the lobby which is well stocked and the prices are excellent. We would like to stay at this hotel again.

We are extremely pleased with our stay and the services provided by rivatas by ideal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well designed. Suresh who provided us airport pickup was very accommodating considering our 12 hour flight delay. The restaurant at the hotel had delicious food, especially the breakfast buffet. The hotel even had a saree shop, which saved us some shopping time in varanasi.

The hotel is placed in a proper location where we can go to the temple and the ghat. Courteous behaviour of the staff, neat and big rooms.

Had to make an urgent program for varanasi with family and was worried about the miseries monsoon would unleash on this visit. Chose this hotel and the experience was just fantastic. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful and they even upgraded our room without any additional charges. Rooms are spacious and well maintained in terms of cleanliness and very supportive staff ever eagre to make your stay as happy as is possible. Restaurant is the best part and theirr buffet spread and dinner buffet was full of great choices and greater items. Great stay for two days and would love to come here again. Strongly recommend. Best wishes for all the front desk staff, managerial staff and the great team of the restaurant portion. 10/10

Excellent hospitality. Very good and clean room. Staff was extremely courteous. Special word of praise for abhishek in the house keeping for his honesty and integrity. Breakfast spread was good, but could have been better. Chitransh at our request was kind to make available what was not in the buffet spread. He was extremely hospitable.
