Best hotel for family stay. It has amazing view of mountain and river. Rooms are clean and well behaved staff provide excellent service.

Rooms are clean and big .. Mattresses can be of better quality though.. Food was average.. Location and view from room is main catch point of the place hence I liked it a lot

Excellent stay. Hotel is located near parsi point. We travel-led as a group and really enjoyed our stay. Food is also very nice and feels like homely cooked food.

It is safe but food served was not covered. So they should follow all hygiene standards. Also room telivision was not working and it's remote was not available.

River palace was really awesome, room has nice view. Awesome view.

I stayed in hotel from 7th to 9th Feb. It is on Panchgani Road near Parsi Point. I had that view from my room as well. My daughter was very happy as the staff was very friendly. I had my breakfast in hotel only which was very nice. I would surely recommend this hotel to whoever wants to visit Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani. Thanks.

The USP of this hotel is that every room has an amazing view. You wake up to such beautiful valley view. Plus it's very near to Parsi point, Around 100-200 m away.

Nice and clean rooms, good ambiance, nicely located nearby Parsi point. Food is really very good and tasty just like homemade food. Little suggestions for improvement more room amenities should be provided like e-kettle, body moisturizer. Overall very nice stay at Panchgani.
