The location of this hotel is further, staff of this hotel has an excellent attitude, always ready to help and please their customers. They were kind enough to give us early check-in (5 hours) to make us comfortable. Food of this hotel is very good. Wi-fi connection was found very week, but the hotel staff were kind enough to give their private hotspot for us. In a nutshell this hotel should have better ratings.

I checked almost 7-8 hotels in this price-range or a little higher, near the lucknow railway station, and trust me, none other met with the cleanliness and comfort of this one. The food was also excellent and since i don't eat spicy they made flavorful non-spicy food for me. It should be the top choice for passengers looking to spend 1-3 nights near lucknow railway station. Nothing fancy, but a simple hotel for business or solo passengers.

It's near railway station, location is very nice 🙂 I Like this food punjabi, chinese, indian desi food also nice, all person is good and Colbert and is helpful all person and also here Mr Gyan Singh (GM) is very good and I meet Mr vikrat is very good person

Room was very awesome. Proper maintenance of hygiene. Food was very delicious. Staff was very friendly and kind and gm sir behaviour was very polite and familiar. I feel it is my second home. I enjoyed alott and i suggest to visit this place

good evening all, we went on spiritual trip with my family and friends to kashi and ayodhya. i booked 5 rooms for 5 days in this hotel at lucknow. it is very near to railway station. starting from the reception, the receptionist are very nice person. they support and helped us very well. 2nd is house keeping staffs and they are very honest in their work and maintain very clean in the hotel premises. 3rd one is restaurant staff, they are very friendly and cooked the food very nicely. especially the incharge of the restaurant is very intelligent and friendly person. overall the staffs of this hotel service is awesome and appreciable. i fully recommend this hotel for all kinds of guests and especially for staying with family.
