Nice stay at rock heaven resort

It was nice stay at rock heaven resort. My family enjoyed the stay completely. Room service and food quality was excellent. Rooms were also clean and hygienic. Mr. Rawat took good care of us.

It's a nice hotel for groups 14 kms away from Lansdowne. Nice view. If you are looking for a peaceful place, it's best hotel. Food is good, staff is also good. Rooms were clean. Overall good hotel.

Excellent Stay

Bed linen were unclean, even it was not changed after it was asked on the second day. Blanket was provided but has no covers, fully unhygienic. Only soap was provided but no other amenities was available in the room compared to price paid.

Good hotel outside the city

Overall good stay, staff is cooperative, food is average but compared with other local restaurants it is good. Location is 20 km from main lansdowne but with nature and en-route to takes war.
Overall good stay, location is 20 km from landowner but if you want to stay with nature then it is good option.

Simple stay

It is a newly built neat and clean property in the middle of route to tarkeshwar temple. Valley facing super deluxe rooms are good however the roof is made of iron which makes terrible noise when it rains. The food is delicious and really good. Services are quick and staff is helpful. It is suitable for a day break and relaxation purpose away from Landsdowne.

Stay was good. But distance

The resort is good for those who wanna be there for peace and to explore nature. But if you wanna explore Lansdowne then its not the correct choice. Its miles ahead of Lansdowne and takes time to reach there. Whole time goes in up and down so no time to explore Lansdowne . . Room service is excellent. Hotel location is good. Enough parking space. Breakfast served was good and overall it was a good experience. Recommended.

Bedsheets were dirty and tv was not working. Communicated this to the reception person but he did not respond for the entire duration of our stay. Food was great but overpriced. Room service was slow.

Not a great experience

Rooms and corridor of hotel were very smelly. Basic amenities like soap shampoo water etc were not available Long power cut. To sum it up it was a disappointing experience.

Very far from Lansdowne

Hotel is very far from Lansdowne about 13 km, not safe to travel in night. Toilet are not clean and after 10 pm you will not get any service.
No cleanliness in toilet and no room service available after 10 pm.
