Worst Staff, they allowed only two people over priced for two people

There were no toiletries that were the only thing missing, rest everything is fine

it was a nice experience and the rooms were decent. The people there were kind also

Worst experience ever! and they dumped us in a filthy top-floor room beside the terrace, garbage area, and servant quarters. When we asked for a proper room, they admitted the 2nd-floor rooms are only given to direct bookings, not MMT customers. Absolute discrimination! On top of that, they refused to provide even plates and spoons when we ordered food from outside. Terrible attitude, pathetic service, Never booking this place again

Rohaan hotels hospitality, Room cleanliness, ambiance all ate excellent. service is also very good. They may consider 24 hrs from the time of check in. I stayed for 2 days. checked in by 10 pm and aecined day asked to vacate by 11 am. my train time is 9.40 pm. not able to manage out side. Mgmt is kindly requested to consider so that people from far off places can manage.

It was a very pleasing stay I liked the ambience and it was neat but I think it can be still better like there was no toilet items like shower gel brush and all so it would be great if they give respect when a customer comes they were like not respectfull and they didn't treat with a smile so I think these small things would make them change into a better place the place was neat and clean
