Good Stay at a convenient place

We liked the service at the reception and the room cleaning. However, the breakfast could have had more choices like appam and puttu rather than the staple idli dosa; besides the dosa was not all that great. The dinner however was comparatively Good.

the rooms were tidy, the reception was very responsible and punctual. Although while reaching the location via bus you may reach the backside entrance via the bar entrance, you have to take the next road to reach the entrance.

I stayed same hotel in 2023 jan that’s y i booked same hotel but this time worst service. No power from the midnight. Morning 5 am i asked reception. They told me to remove the key and wait for one minute then insert the key. Power came. But no hot water. I need to go out by 6. 30 am. No security to open gate. And time delayed so they charged me extra 500. Never ever go this hotel again in my life time.

Nice stay

Stay is good. But vegetarian food options are very limited and whatever vegetarian food is available is not of good quality. On second last day of my stay i ordered 'gobi manchurian' and i got it nice. But on last day of my stay when i repeated food order as above, i was given gobi in 'curry of mutton' and it was thus terrible and unacceptable. Stay is good but vegetarian people must avoid this hotel.

The stay was good. The facilities provided at the hotel are great, the staffs are friendly towards guests too.

Nice & clean hotel, best service, best location, food is tasty, best staff. Rooms were big and clean, neat.

1. They expect extra money after the booking confirmed 2. They allotted the staff room rather than the guest room. 3. No communication or service as i was alone during the stay

A tastefully done up hotel, with ample parking facilities. Rooms are clean and well maintainef, including the bathroom, and amenities are top notch. The restaurant wasn't open, but the attached bar is, and good food and drinks are available.

Good place and good staff

The room and service was good. Easy to find the hotel location. Neighbourhood doesn’t have much restaurants and the hotel restaurant was closed as i stayed in the year end. Water heater works through solar so hot water won’t come if it’s not sunny outside. You have to request the staffs to get hot water in bucket. A couple of side seeing near by the hotel, ponmudi and meenmutti falls. The neighbourhood quit far from the city, and it will take an hour to reach trivandrum citi

There was frequent power cuts and the restaurant was under maintenance, didn't le us know prior. Bure good setarr and environment.

Nice place to stay. Food is good but not great, but bearable considering vidura is in outskirts of thiruvanthapuram.
