The hotel was good overall, but the staff response was slow. They had mentioned complimentary breakfast in their details, but nothing was provided. The food was bland, though the quantity was acceptable. There was no room cleaning during the stay. Room: 3/5 Staff: 2.5/5 Food: 3/5 Wheelchair Accessibility: 5/5

The resort was under construction and the room whuch i have booked was not the same and the room which is given was too small and there was too high price of resturant too.

Rootz Property is clean , food is genuine, love the location because it's beside small river and Staff is also helpful.

Excellent stay!! Recommend this stay to everyone coming to Dehradun. Room service, ambience and staff are nice. You can also enjoy pool, kids activities like drawing, story books, sketching and some other family games like ludo, uno, cards etc. The food at their rooftop cafe & restaurant is really great.

Our stay was pleasant. The hospitality was exceptional. The food was awesome. The staff was polite and courteous. The room had all the amenities and clean, neat and tidy. We would love to visit again.

The location of the hostel or hotel is beautiful, right close to nature, the food in rooftop restaurant was delicious and i enjoyed my stay here.
