Homestay is very near to the beach. Owner and staff are very cooperative. Reasonable price for the location.

Very bad experience of extra payment. We book hotel on make my trip site for four adult . When we reach the hotel he says that please pay for extra bed amount and . When you want stay half you will pay full day payment. No any concession. And room also small size bed also

Property is ok. Rooms were not cleaned. Bathroom was dirty. No Wi-Fi, network and no service for the baggage. Not recommending this hotel to anyone for the stay. 👎🏻👎🏻

Really liked the property. It is very close to Chivla beach. We got an early check-in. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. Premises has open spaces and lot of trees, hence enjoyed sitting outdoors. Breakfast was good. Dinner was part of package, however they informed at check-in that they won't be able to provide dinner and refunded the amount. There are a few restaurants along the beach.

Rosary House, located near Chivala Beach in Malvan, is a very good place to stay. The manager, Akash, provides excellent service. The food and breakfast are delicious.

The place was good, very near to the chivala beach. Food was nice and tasty, all made at home. Also, people at the property is very humble and polite. Rooms were specious and clean, overall nice place for family. Thank you.

We did late check in so had only 18 hrs of stay with family . Best in ambience , prompt service and open for feedback. Closest to the beach . They arranged extra mattresses as per plan without followup . My family would always prefer to visit again in future. One issue was hot water being unavailable in the morning and water was little muddy which was fixed once informed promptly. Overall a great property for family.

Neat and clean rooms and walking distance (hardly 50m) from chivala beach. Loved the food and breakfast items. Must visit for family or groups or couples. Ac and non ac rooms available and ample parking space. Host and his family are very friendly and co-operative.

Relaxing stay at rosary house homestay. Owner rujay fernandis was very helpful. Premises are big. Lot of space for parking. Propertis very near to the beach which is plus point. Food was good. Water sports activities like scuba diving arranged by host. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this homestay for memorable vacation
