It's a Pleasant stay in Rosewood.. unexpectedly luxury in a small town.. I was happy with the hotel staff ..

No cleanliness and bad service delivery Towels are too dirty

Very poorly maintained. Dirty toilet, uncleaned rooms, no towels or toiletries. Very uncomfortable stay. Regretted staying. The food in the restaurant was good. Otherwise the overall experience was a disaster. Never staying here again.

"I recently stayed at Rosewood Hotel in Gowardhan, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Cleanliness was a major concern, as the rooms felt dusty and unmaintained. The washroom was especially unpleasant, with water lodged on the floor, making it both unsanitary and inconvenient. On top of that, the amenities were lacking – the AC didn’t work properly, leaving the room uncomfortable, and the TV was also non-functional. For the price, I expected basic comforts and working facilities, but sadly, this was not the case. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they address these issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality."

This hotel is well located near bus stand/ daani ghati. Hotel is clean and staff is courteous and disciplined. Food is good, bed linens and bath rooms very clean@2000/ per night for a couple, it's a bargain. Next time too i will prefer to stay at this property

Hotel room is very good. Staff was very supportive. We have very tasty food, served nicely. We stayed with family and enjoyed alot. Hotel location is good.

The stay was good. The rooms were okay but can be improved. The food was good and the location was very good.

It was a great day, really enjoyed it. The Manager specially was the best person to talk to, and deal with.

Restaurant staff is very cooperative and helpful. Also service is very good. Restaurant has lot of options with good food, nearby to various famous temples and bus station. Cleaning services are also good

Location is convenient since it is walking distance from bus stand. Rooms and food are average. There was plumbing problem in the flushing system even after changing room. Service is good.
