Very bad experience with the hotel bedsheet is dirty .washroom is not clean .No handwash no soap no towel nothing is there

The room was not clean, the TV was not working, the AC was also bad, nothing was good, the food was also given very cold.

Room was good but service was very bad receptionists were not listening and they were just telling to wait .

Extra charge take
When I Book that time showing 24 hours but when I visit then there stop said that you booked only 4 hours deluxe room book but provide me third class room and extra charge 600 hundred also take he said me that I will refund morning but do nothing

Wrong details mentioned in mmt, even the location was nowhere near to the actual location of the property. The hotel manager did not allow at the tariff given in mmt. Why no checks are done at mm t level to avoid such issues with customer?
