I had a wonderful stay , The staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

Very neat and clean rooms. New property. Also staffs were very nice and polite especially Mr. Chandan.

Service was good . There were cockroaches though in the bathroom and cupboards other than that everything was good

The location is far from this main city but the stay that was in the hotel is very neatly maintained, very cleanly maintain and also the food in the hotel is very good

Royal Ace Hotel, Manyata Techpark, Bangalore The location is quite good as it's one of the prime locations of Bangalore. There are so many restaurants, pubs, bars, hospitals etc surrounding just around this Hotel. The food is undoubtedly the best. Not to mention its well maintained hygiene at the dining area. The room that I booked was a Superior Room. It's quite spacious. But the placement of the table just in front of the TV caused a lot of trouble walking around it. The ceiling fan was highly noisy (squeaky). The carpet was very bad. The fabric of it was peeling and so whenever we walked on it, all the peeled fabric was sticking on our feet and so was making the bed dirty. And lastly, drinking water is included under the amenities, but I was still charged for drinking water when we checked out.

Good but no smoking you should remove that It is good, but there is no smoking and when I put the filter for smoking rooms, it showed me this hotel, but then when I visited the hotel, it's the service as per the services. They told me that there is no smoking allowed

There was cockroach, mosquitoes in the room. Bed sheet was also not cleaned

As a first-time solo traveler, I had a very good experience. The staff was professional and helpful, and the hotel as well as the room were clean. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
