Room service was not good. Intercom teliphone is only showpiece. It was not working. They should maintain proper cleaness.

Initially given a room with broken window glass and door without lock; after request, changed to ground floor room resembling a guest house. Strong odor of amurtanjan and phenyl; faulty washroom taps. Uncomfortably stiff bed. Worth 500 rupees, not more.

The room is spacious and have a working water system 24×7, but the bedsheets were unclean and had stains, food is tasty, overall average.

Room was dirty, bed sheets was not clean, windows are broken, tv was there but not recharged. Proper staff was not there
