Used on many occasions, found to be very helpful, with no problems. Use with confidence! Good accommodation and good food. I was very happy with the room service especially the quality of food. Breakfast was found good. Hotel security was well in place.

It was really nice to have a day spending at royal inn, awesome location, rooms were neat and clean, hotel staff was available at all the times for service, food was excellent, I would like to stay there again on my arrival.

Good hotel at good location

The hotel was good and the location was also easily accessible. Room was clean and tidy. Services can be improved a little a bit. Hotel staff was polite. Overall, the hotel was good whether you are taking the trip alone or with family.

Budget hotel

As expected, this is a budget hotel. No WiFi and no lifts. Our AC rooms on the first floor were fairly large and decently furnished. There were small problems that are fairly easy to fix: the toilet seat was wobbly (not bolted properly); the bidet was pointing to one side The location is excellent; just a couple of minutes away from Rajpur where there are several good shops and restaurants. The distance from the city is part of its charm - peaceful, laid back, relaxed. The hotel has a restaurant too - not cheap, but good food. If you are on a very tight budget, there are buses and Vikrams (large, shared autos) between Rajpur and Dehradun Overall, a good experience. Will definitely be open to staying here again.

Hotel is best but it is situated very far from Dehradun station. However, it was a good experience staying in the hotel. Interiors were also good. Room service in the hotel was also good. If I will travel again I will prefer the same hotel as well I will recommend it to friends. I have already recommended one of my friend and he is in same hotel since yesterday in room 301.

OK type hotel

Food is not that good, it's away from the main town. Rooms were smelling weird when we arrived, ni basic amenities are provided. Towels were stained. We ordered veg Manchurian which was burnt Manchurian actually. If you are single and planing to stay for a night only, then it can be a budget deal but if you are a luxurious person, please don't go for it.

Hotel is about 10 KM away from main market Of Dehradun and the convenes facility is good in day but poor after 7.00 PM. Hotel staff is good. Food is average.location is overall good. The garden is beautiful. Nain poinr is that hotel is situated on the main road to mussoorie.

Hotel is good but very far away from railway station (around 10 km) and clock tower. There is no market near by and nothing to eat else in hotel. Hotel is not on Rajpur road but at Rajpur and contact number is also not working and no landmark is given.

There was no problem with place and staff. but the hotel was old constructed. there was seepage in rooms and was not so clean. They can mantain it and give better stay to the people visiting them.

Not a good hotel at all. The bed was making lot of noise even when someone moves a little bit. The bathroom was not well illuminated. The wardrobe was in a very bad condition. Make my trip should take proper care about its reputation.

I stayed here for one night. This hotel is far from the city center. Does not respond to calls answer. It was a very bad experience and I will not recommend this hotel. This is just not acceptable. The worst ever stay of my life with bad memories. Very dirty, very unhygienic, very dirty surrounding too. Never expected such bad experience from Make My Trip. I would think twice to opt for the service next time.

Horrible location & shady hotel

Though it says Rajpur road the hotel is located on the fag end of the road with nothing in the vicinity of at least 10 km either way. No markets, shops, eateries nearby and all tourist locations miles away for which you end up spending tons on transport. Also the hotel is very shady with persons of questionable origin lingering by. The front desk tries to charge extra money for every single thing unless you are firm and put your foot down. Room quality is not as good as shown in the pictures - dirty linen, broken down charging points and service is poor. Very poor value for money and not a recommended stay.

They will make you uncomfortable and receptionist person who is take care was very rude and not friendly in nature. Even asking for change the bed sheet which was not in good condition. He ignore. We where travel from Gurgaon
