excellent in terms of location, property owner is subeer, if you ask anything he will provide within seconds ... location and breakfast is good when we compare with the amount we are paying ...most important thing is that location is equidistant from all beaches in neil island

Had a pleasant stay. The staff were very good and cooperative. Really enjoyed a quality time here. Perfect value for money stay at neil island.

Not to pleasant as per the name. Nothing so ROYAL. Basic amenities were not so offerend.

Located in a convenient place.Close to Market.Room sizes are good.Owner and staffs are very much cordial.Food is great.Room and Toilet needs renovation with proper lighting.Maintenance of AC is needed.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. On arrival, we found a broken commode seat. In the evening, when we requested tea, the manager said there was no milk. The AC did not function properly, and the bed made loud noises, making us fear it might break. Breakfast was scheduled from 7:30–8:30 but was not served until 8. Despite this delay, the manager rudely insisted on closing at 8:30 sharp and refused to serve any food afterward. After much argument, my husband was given only two pieces of bread. Overall, the property was poorly maintained, service was unprofessional, and the manager’s behavior was extremely rude. Definitely not recommended.

good accomodation for staying. staff are really helpful . rooms are clean.

Services are terrible. Staffs are rude. Rooms are not clean. Ac is not working. Room locks are not there. There is no swimming pool. Especially staff are not listening to the problem.

there was a private beach to the resort which when arrival was not there no wifi poor washroom quality food quality was bad not justified for the price

worst experience in the hotel and room , Room's washroom not properly clean and AC was not cooling properly, facility of breakfast is also very bad experience . and most important thing is entry of the main road for the resort display board's light off.

Very Very bad bed, foods and service also, I and my wife stay there only one night but don't sleep pecefully hole night, It seems bed on broken khat

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!The location is perfect for all the sight seeing close to local attractions and very convenient for exploring the areas. The breakfast provided was delicious. The staffs were friendly as well. They went above and beyond by assisting us in finding a reliable scooter renter which made it easy to explore the city.

Good room, you have only limited breakfast options available. Washroom is good. AC not working as per the temperature.

The property was good with peaceful ambience. Though the room was clean but bathroom looked below average with a lizard and cockroach. The food was decent. Overall an average hotel for the price.

We had a wonderful time at Neil Resort! The open space was wonderful for the kids to play with the pup that welcomed us on arrival which was a sheer pleasure. Manish was very nice and considerate and ensured we were comfortable. He was very courteous!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The wash room was not clean it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. To make things worse, there was no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. food was bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful Hotel. Rooms are good. Staff are also very familiar. For vegetarian, They arrange food from purely veg hotel with free pick up and drop facility.

they were charging double the price which is mentioned also there were lizards in the room they added complimentary breakfast but then just gave bread and tea and omlette very less variety
