Unannounced room entry is a serious security breach. The management's "SOP" defense is unacceptable.

Hotel staff and room was very good and nice and every little thing was great or food was so amazing and delicious

The bathroom in the room only had hot water, the shower head was not working properly, and the bed was not supported by a back rest, so it was not possible to sit comfortably.

No cleanliness at all. The moment you enter the reception area there is a bad smell. No Hair drier. No iron box. For a long time today morning no body attended my call at the reception. Very bad staff. Absolutely no hospitality at all. Please do not stay at this property.

Request for food on demand during breakfast was refused by staff. Location was good. Bathing taps are not good. Disposal sleeper was not in the room.

Washroom was not good....key card was not working again and again we have to call the hotel manager to open the dorrs

The vibe and cleanliness in the room was really awesome. I stayed there for three nights and the staff in there was really cooperative. The food was also satisfactory. Overall good experience at this property

The rooms were filthy and not maintained at all. Even the door chain was broken and the access lock worked in a particular position only. The room lacked basic amentities like an Almirah, washroom slippers. The glasses and cutlery kept in the room were also not cleaned. Even the outer areas like pool side area were not maintained and poorly lit. Even the breakfast options were very few and poorly prepared. Overall, the expectations from a 4star hotel were never met. Never going to recommend this to anyone.
