Orchid royal fort resort mussoorie is property located in the heart of city the room are spacious and compatible with beautiful view of the surrounding mountains the staff is polite helpful good property and compatible morning pkg food promised but not delivered

Location and food are outstanding. Hotel staff is well behaved and very friendly. I give it a 5. Veg or non veg food is super delicious. Also a suggestion for you : please install smart televisions who watch tata sky now a days. Soon i'll come back.

Beautiful resort with a welcoming staff

We are glad to choose our stay at the resort and would strongly recommend it. Our car broke down on the way much ahead of the hotel, and we were almost stranded an infant and a kid. But to our suprise the hotel arranged a quick pick up just 10 mins after our call with them. The driver pandeyji was very thoughtful of our situation and located us in no time without google location on hills and came to our rescue. The staff makes your stay a unique experience in many ways like arranging games with evening high tea which my kids loved and also awarding you with small gifts like ice cream or some other snack items only for us making you enjoy your win. The resort also houses a great library, indoor games, and a toy room with soft toys, slides, and horsecarts, which are of great help when you have kids. Being on top of the hill, you get a great paranoma view of the hill station with some scenic view for great selfies. Thanks a lot for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Resort is really a royal property. All staff are well behaved. Resort's location is very good. Just 800 mtr. Away from mall road market. Food quality is good but little overpriced. Every evening session of high tea adds more grace in resorts management.

The staff is very soft spoken. The team leader mr. Kabir keeps the staff motivated. The icing for the stay is chef nitin will cook food as per your pallet. Good area for kids to play.

Royal orchid mussoorie was a very well maintained property with an amazing staff. They really looked after us and even supported with information about sightseeing etc. Exceptional service by the reception team, at any time of the day.

The property is at the very good place where the whole mussoorie can be viewed, it has a good picturesque view of mountains, they also have a kids play area, it is near to mall road the advantage is your cab can leave you at mall road and can come back again to park it in the hotel and can you up again back, since in mussoorie parking is the e major hurdle every where, food was good would not say as excellent, hospitality was good, rooms are good very good hygiene

Great location, close to the mall road on the less busier side of picture palace. The premium rooms are in the renovated wing of the property and are pretty good. The in house restaurant offers good dining options

Staying at the royal orchid resort was an absolute delight. From the moment i stepped in, the ambiance exuded elegance and relaxation. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
