Review Of Royal Plaza Residency

One of the worst hotel ever i stayed and i payed 5k for two rooms. Unhygienic washrooms, entrance and corridors. I’m a frequent travel and i will never recommend this to anyone. The washroom was very bad very pathetic not even 1% clean.

No room service, even called several time most of the time, no one is available in the lobby/reception the bathroom was not at all neat.

Poor maintenance, no hygiene, cockroach dead all around the room, lifts stinks, toilet bad, extra bed booked but was told no cot and expected to lay the bed on floor
