Every time i visit kochi, i prefer to stay at this property. Rooms are neat and clean with very cooperative staff be it at reception or other support staff. Every one here knows the essence of customer service and does their best. The buffet served is excellent. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at royal residency in kochi and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is convenient, being just 1. 5 km from info park, which was perfect for my needs. It's also relatively close to other key spots like mg road (14 km) and wonderland (6 km. The proximity to cochin international airport (22 km) makes it a great choice for travelers. The amenities were impressive, the on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious dishes with quick and friendly service. The staff were courteous and always available to assist with any requests. Overall, royal residency offers a great balance of comfort and convenience, especially for those visiting info park or the nearby attractions.

Royal has and will always be one of iur first options. Friendly and helpful front desk and the rooms are upto the price. Affordable rooms with all necessities. Breakfast was also included which was good. Looking forward to many more stays.

Royal residency has always been our favourtie spot for stay. The front desk has always been kind and welcoming. The rooms were neat, tidy and good for couple stay and definitely worth the rate. Their complementry breakfast was also good. Had no other complaints staying there. Rocks and brew being a part of it has also been a good entertainment. As an overall rating it is our favorite stay and looking forward to spend more of our vacations stay there.

this is second time i stayed at royal residency for a week as a single lady the stay was very comfortable and neat. Everytime i stay there, i feel very safe and content. Even though its not part of their job, they tried addressing all my concerns and health issues. Staff from reception, room service, hotel and security too were so humble in behaviour. Overall it was a pleasant experience

This is a quiet compact corner with very helpful staff. The place is clean and well maintained. The location is very accessible and easy access to various shops. The restaurant and bar are very good for family use.

Room and amenities were nice. Tv, air conditioning were all working as expected. Restaurant food is also nice. Parking splace cleanliness could have been better, but nothing too bad. Overall, had a comfortable stay.

Neet and clear room, all facilities i like it they were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

One of the best hotels in kakkanad. Rooms are highly rated for cleanliness. You can stay with friends, family or as couples. Staffs are very polite and behaviour is extremely good. Attached with a beautiful restobar. Highly recommended one.
