Service is pathetic and lizards are roaming inside the room. None of the facilities are working and staff ia very rude. Bathroom fittings are broken or loose. Overall veru bad experience

AC does not work after 10 Pm. Power keeps going on and off. The chap at the reception thinks he is the boss.

The fan knobs were coming out. Washroom was dirty, blankets were stinking. They did not provide hair dryer or laundry bag also. The main door had no extra lock except knob. No safety measures taken. We had horrible experience overall

Royal county resort is the best stay in proddatur. The property is big and nice. Enough space for parking, rich in facilities, in house restaurants to provide food and the complimentary breakfast was also good. The rooms were big and neatly maintained. Had a nice stay with family.

Excellent property. However, certain things are not up to standard. The bathroom is tiny and very badly constructed. A lingering bad odour permeates. The service of the staff is ridiculous. In the first place a language barrier is there as the poorly trained staff are unable to comprehend anything other than Telugu. You have to request for a change in linen and the brown colored linen is deceptive as they say they have changed it until the stains are pointed out. The food is so so. The complimentary breakfast is pitiable and served near the pool on a hot roasted morning and the place is infested with flies. Only thing is the price charged is top class all other services are below standard. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Had been with family for the stay and the experience was good. Swimming pool is big and clean. Food options can be better for the kids.

The property is well constructed and have great potential. But the maintenance and poor customer service ruins it all. The toilet flush was not working which upon completion they have resolved and made it to a water leakage problem. The toilet was untidy and it's door had problems with lock. I had to lift the door with one hand to lock the door. The customer service is also very poor with the resort. There was no glasses in the room to drink water. Upon request of glass to the room, the restaurant staff was asking questions like liquor glass or water glass and said they provide only paper glass. After a long argument they provided glasses. I don't know what is the problem with the staff. The restaurant policy clearly says there is no restrictions on consuming liquor, however the staff were like this place is sacred. The parking of the resort is outside the compound however they claim it is their private road which of course connected to the public road nearby.

Stayed there for a night. This is a decent option to stay near gandikota. Value for money proposition. Maintenance can be improved.

Pros: the stay was well organised and food was too good. Rooms and facilities with room service were all excellent. Cons: 1. A few of amenities mentioned in website are not available like massage, spa etc 2. The play area items for indoor games are not maintained. Tt and billiards balls were broken. 3. Kids play area was under maintenance

It's excellent for people who spend some quality time with family and friends, i do recommend to visit everyone.

The place was really well maintained on the outside, the lawn, swimming pool, gym and hangout area were superb but the rooms needed some attention. I loved the food and the stay.
