Towels, bed sheets, toilets, rooms are very clean and neat. Best part of this hotel is their food quality. Staffs are very hospital.

Room service is very prompt and cordial. Food is excellent. Front office people are very cordial, kind and helpful. Housekeeping people are also very cordial, respectful and helpful. The overall stay is good and pleasant. Disadvantage - too many rats in all the corners of the pool. Thank you once again.

I have a complain during my recent visit i was booked hotel in shillong, mana ins-para home stay when i reach there hotel authority told i we don't have service for booked through make my trip. I went to nearest hotel 10 km away in odd time. I hv raised issue to u. Your associate has to discuss on 29th nov but no body talk to me. I want return of hotel booked money. Kindly do it as soon as possible. It is first time that i encountered difficulties
