Who did tell the experience is worst. All are wrong. Please come and stay here. The experience is so good and well. The receptionist known as he-manta is so good. His behaviour is so good and impressive. Thank you. Please come and stay here. Enjoy the great experience

They upgraded my room from standard to deluxe. Food quality was very good and entire staff was also very helpful and polite. Full value for money. I'll recommend all to stay at this property. Located at the heart of the city.

Location is fine. Hotel is well designed. But very poor maintenance. It needs a lot. Service is satisfactory.

Water bottle was not provided. Extra bed for adjusting 3 adults was not provided though it was promised at the time of reservation. Exhaust fan not operational in washroom. Not satisfied with the stay. The price per night was rather high.

One of the worst hotel in sambalpur. The staff behavior is very casual. Windows cotton and bathroom are in worst condition. The facilities which are u mentioned in booking voucher are not provided by the hotel,

Execrable rooms and floors. Stingy environment. Exorbitant charges. Not even like a normal lodge. No cleaning.

Room was dirty as hell. There was fungus everywhere. Bathroom door didn't lock at all. Carpet was torn out. Sheets weren't cleaned.
