We booked the Presidential Suite and an Executive Room. The Presidential Suite was excellent, with a spectacular view of the city. The Executive Room, however, was disappointing — small windows with limited view and a strange smell that extended to the corridor. The staff were outstanding — polite, efficient, and very accommodating. The restaurant team deserves special mention for serving us warmly, even beyond official hours. The food was simple but tasty and homely. The real issue was housekeeping. Carpets weren’t vacuumed properly, cobwebs had to be pointed out, and the bed sheets and duvet covers were old and worn out with lint. The way the beds were made was below standard. The shower cubicle also leaked, leaving the bathroom wet. Overall, great service from the reception and restaurant staff, but the hotel seriously needs to improve housekeeping and room maintenance.

Great stay, food and supportive staff!! The staff attended to the requests raised promptly. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Toiletries are also available. Breakfast spread was decent and the room service is also great. Could potentially enhance the breakfast spread by including local fruits like dragon fruit etc in the menu.

The menu on the buffet breakfast on offer wasn't adequate. There were no fresh fruits during my stay. The variety was also limited.
