I liked that the doorman welcomed me with a smile at the time of entry and the reception staff’s behavior was good, but the food taste was average

Poor Stay
They provided me the room which was already booked, due to which we had to disturb some other guests also. We invaded someone else’s privacy because of hotel’s staff fault. After that they provided me the room which was not even getting cool and having poor AC facility. Kindly refund my amount

Lovely Stay In Royale Lali
Check in was fine, car parking space was sufficient. Front desk guy was helping to shift the luggage in the room. Room was clean , RO water bottles were there with Tea cattle. Room service was absolutely fine. Food was tasty . Morning breakfast was upto the Mark, vegetarian food was served. Evening Buffet dinner was very tasty . I appreciate the all staff for their hardwork & dedication. Check out was comfortable, I didn't get any issue during my stay there
