Had a great stay. The location was a walk of 10 minutes from the railway station. The food was very good. Room service was on time. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay for us. Thank you

Had a great time at the hotel the hotel is very clean and hygienic. Rooms are spectacular. The staff is very helpful especially f&b manager mr. Rakesh and front desk executive miss. Shweta are very helpful and have exceptional hospitality skills.

We had a very nice stay at Royal Retreat. Our deluxe room was exactly same what was shown in photos with all basic amenities and it was very neat as expected. We had opted for breakfast buffet which was a good decision as buffet had multiple options and all were very delicious and staff at restaurant took great care to ensure all requests are timely met.However, they can add more variety to their buffet. In nutshell, we experienced great hospitality.

Nice ambiance and get room with jacuzzi here which I book for stay. Nice service provided by the hotel. Food is also great and always go for buffet here. Just loved it 🥰

Ample Parking space. Room was excellent with a huge jacuzzi and hydrotherapy shower. Room service was quick and tasty. Breakfast was okay. Overall I would rate my stay 5/5 😍

The Hotel is easily accessible. The room was really good. Even though outside tempratue was 4-5°C the rooms were maintained at a cosy 24°C. The staff is really helpful and polite. It's really close to the ridge and old bus stand.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Nice and soft spoken with their clients. Staff was amazing. Very clean hygienic and spacious room. Most of the city tour points are close by. We have stayed at this hotel on december 9 to 11 and the food was very good. If you are in shimla must visit this place. I hope this review will help you.
