Property Rooms were very good , breakfast was good was tasty , nice experience , clean and neat rooms , recommend to others , room service was very supportive

Had a great stay. The room was spacious and clean. the food served from the restaurant was delicious.

Location was very good. Rooms very neat and clean. Food was also fresh.

1. Very slow wifi 2. Took a long effort to get connected to the wifi and the front desk was not at all helpfull with that, they were not at all familiar with their own wifi. 3. No complimentary breakfast available. 4. Tv not working, but because of past experience with wifi didn't tried to get help from the front office. 5. The door towards the balcony was not able to close and felt very unsafe throughout the night. 6. There was no complimentary coffee or tea station in room. 7. Front desk was not able to provide invoice without mistake in booking dates. 8. There was a bad smell throughout the corridors at night when done checkin. 10. The room was good. Bathroom was clean.

Good ambience. The washroom was neat and tidy. Hot water was available. Room was also neat.Ac also was working fine.Even Wifi password of the room was printed on the desk. Don't need to ask for room service quite often. The only negative was regarding conveyance . it's very costly to hire taxi/auto through the hotel or hire it from outside. Better to come by own vehicle. Decent parking space is available

Pros: near main road side only, decent parking space, nice view from balcony (2nd floor is better, good staff behaviour (abin - the only staff available, hot/cold water (for bathing only, cleanliness of the room/washroom etc. Cons: mr ab-in seemed to be rushing between taking care of this hotel inmates and serving customers at the shop below (attached to this facility, there were hiccups with the ac, balcony door locks in the 1st floor etc, but, after changing to multiple rooms, at the end, ab-in made sure that we are comfortable in our room. Lifts were not operational (gave bad impression, first floor acs (mitsubishi) were not working properly, not blowing cool air, even with power cool option. Balcony doors were also having locking issues. Waste bin in the bathroom was damaged. Finally, we got in to a double deluxe ac room in 2nd floor (201) which has lg ac and balcony door was also secured properly (lock. For us, mr ab-in made all the difference, a gentleman who is there to take care of the customers as required. So, not to worry! thank you abin!

Me and wife went for an exam and stayed at their property. We were made to wake up 12 in the midnight for verification as the staff in the reception couldn’t show them adequate information about us. Never again in this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at royalton, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds and a serene ambiance that made for a perfect night's sleep. The food was another highlight of my stay. Each dish was expertly prepared and absolutely delectable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

The rooms was well maintained and clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Something could have been better like there was a missing mini fridge, toiletries and breakfast was not included. The rest was great.
