Review Of RSG Resort

Travelled with family along with one month old baby Worst place to stay . Terribly unhygienic, dust, dirty soiled ,Torn bedsheets and bedding . Dust like some mining area,Sticky floors, Dirty water in bathrooms. People here will tell we don’t have cleaning staff . Unapologetic behaviour.

Room door did not proper work, ac was not working, lights flickering and washroom’s shower not working mug dirty and stained and broken accessories

Poor and Unhygenic Rooms . rat was killed in washroom. Pathetic Food quality , Room Service and Rooms. overexpensive

my checkin time was 1 am and i booked for three adults so that should include an extra bedding but the hotel was charging me extra amount…

Overall experience was good. Value for money. Room services were fine. Restaurant was ok. Distance from the temple was not much.

Location was great, Away from chaos. Rooms were spacious and property is well maintained. It is approx 500 m away from temple gate number 3 of Salasar temple.I will recommend to book this hotel as location wise as hotels near temple doesn’t have free parking. You need to park in private parking and it’s chaos to bring car till that point every time.

RSG resort is a very good resort to stay with your family . location with highway and near to balaji temple. Rooms are very clean and its size is comfortable. everything is good including food.

I have forgot my charger in hotel Room , requested them to courier to my address . Please discuss with them and asked them to do the needful .

Ordered tea n snacks nd kept waiting till 1 hr then i had to cancel the order and went outside to look for food and tea.and nobody answers on kitchen intercom u keep dialing it will keep ringing nobody will answer then i had to call from phone on hotel reception that bhaiya pls answer call and take my order.

Very poorly maintained property rooms were not cleaned washrooms were filthy locks were broken water was overflowing

Property was not at all well maintained. Rooms were not cleaned. Bathroom locks was missing in one of our room and water was overflowing in other rooms bathroom. It is terrible place to Stay. Will never ever visit this hotel again

it's good property and is close to main balaji temple but needs maintenance...all essentials are available in rooms but room needs dusting and other utility item needs cleansing... staff is cordial and courteous... food is good... overall stay was average which can be enhanced if some importance is given to cleanliness
