Terrible Stay
When I arrived the geyser was broken it was not working they also denied to exchange the room very terrible experience in the cold weather

Food is okey but the room is horrible no aminity provided and i have booked a view room but they gave me a normal room They charge for heater,room is very much unclean fungus in carpet overall in this money u can get a better room somewhere

Terrible Stay
It was a bad experience of hotel rufina as we were not able to go there coz of heavy rain n road blockage. By when we asked the hotel to refund our amount they first agreed n later after calling them they started disconnecting the call. This is something bad

Excellent Stay
One of the best places to stay at lachung! the location, the view from the room and the balcony sort of area they have is just astonishing. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean so as the bathroom. The amount they charge for the food is what we found a bit higher but considering the remote location with very limited options over there is kind of make sense! overall it was a great stay and you should consider this if you are travel-ling to lachung either with friends or family.

Poor Stay
The room heater was chargeable. Despite that no light on backup nor did it have an emergency lamp. Food options were limited.

We can get penalised and suspended by local authority if we provide room heater. Please note it's not a metro city wherever roads and alleys are illuminated. It's a high-altitude town where resources are limited.
Good food, good staff
Food was good and staff was also good. Only they charge extra for heater was not good.

Good option to stay
Considering north sikkim, it is good option to stay. Rooms and food is average. You get good view of mountain and river from one side of the rooms. Their food is pure vegetarian and only buffet is available.

Horrible hotel & avoid
Rooms are stinking, fungus in curtains, water leaking, u get enough reason to hate this hotel. Very hard time. Avoid and save money. 8 rooms we booked.

The staff was very cooperative and helped us in every way possible. The view from the room was awesome. The food is good and the kitchen staff is quite helpful.

Safety standards
Safety and hygiene standards were good. Riverside location of the hotel is beautiful. Staff behaviour, cleanliness of rooms, food quality of the hotel are really good. Worth staying and value for money.

Not good but not even bad.
couple1. Food was given on time. But paneer was very old so got sick by eating it. 2. No heater provided but they charge and arrange for you immediately. 3. Dirty bedsheet/pillow covers. Good for a night layover. Basic needs will be taken care of. Could have charged less money.

However regarding your review just to let you know all are foods served in the hotel are cleansed and washed and then prepared for every guests including the hotel members. But due to cold weather it normally gets cold and guest's need to have their food on time. Also all our delight properties are entirely sanitized and there's nothing to be afraid of regarding the stay as still now there hasn't been any complaints regarding hotel sanitization. All bedsheets are washed and changed for every stay. Heater is on availability and is on chargeable basis.
