Staff was super co operative, rooms are clean and bathrooms are very big. Balcony has a awesome view. It was a peaceful stay for us.

Kasauli itself is good as hill station, close to delhi not much hilly drive. Food was good, location was good, good hospitality. Overall if u are looking for weekend getaway this is the place

Property has a good view, spacious rooms, amazing design of room. The linen and floor could have been cleaner, it wasn't pathetic but was not excellent either. Washroom was clean.

Rooms are excellent but our tv was not ready, care taker make noises till 2pm and towels provided next day were stinky moreover they don't know our breakfast was included in and they were charging for it too but after showing them voucher they settled down. However they provide food menu once in two days and taken back it while cleaning the room.

The location is nice and in a very quite environment. For someone who loves walking, this place is the best to trek high mountains, though cabs are available. Staff is friendly and helpful. They dropped us to bus stand in the morning. Food is good too and at an affordable price. Rustic villa is a kind of place which looks exactly in the pictures. However, rooms can be pricey.

Good accomodation and super friendly staff, but, big issues with hotel surroundings (literally no road / totally broken) leading to hotel. Hygiene issues in the hotel - dirty towel, no sanitization at arrival, no id checked. I was asked to change the room on the last day, the new room didn't had a fan. Amazing work by the staff, great food but service way too slow

Property location in difficult to locate. Food was also average as it took lot of time for your order to get ready. We ordered dinner around 8 and our order came around 10pm. Washrooms was pathetic and not maintained.

Very bad behaviour of staff. Nothing was on time. Dint get the bon fire the whole night we started asking for the bon fire at 6 pm but dint get it. Food and hygene of the room were pathetic. Will give - points for the overall stay.
