Review Of S RIVER RESORTS

Very good resort and it is just beside Periyar river. Staff are good, food is also good. What we like is the behaviour of the staff.

stay was really good .But the price by make my trip was a double wreck.Make my trip booking is too prizey.They charge double or triple amount.Always do direct booking

The rooms were good and service was good until end. We were the only guest in this resort despite they rang couple of times before check out time 11am and at 11am check out time to leave the room. Didn’t even allow an extra 10 minutes to properly finish packing.All the rooms were empty as well.This was not a good attitude from the staff and would recommend to improve on this.If it’s crowded and full of reservation then yes we understand we should leave on time else I think giving extra 10 minutes will not create any loss for them.So disappointed with this attitude

It’s a beautiful place and very friendly staff. Very peaceful and serene. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Resort was good, staffs were friendly, ambience was ok, the charges for the mini bar was too high and the resort did'nt provide a complimentary buffet breakfast instead each-time we need to ask for more food which was little annoying.

Awesome stay and superb rooms and view. Food is expensive but the property is unique and classic in style. Road is narrow but car can go easily to this place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at s river resort, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views of the river and a peaceful atmosphere that provided the perfect getaway. The resort is well-maintained, clean, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the food. Every meal was a treat, with a variety of dishes that showcased fresh ingredients and local flavors. The chefs clearly put a lot of effort into each dish, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. From the breakfast spread to the delicious dinner options, every meal was an experience in itself. I especially loved how the menu offered a balance of local specialties and familiar favorites, making it easy to find something to enjoy. The staff also deserves a mention for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They were friendly and professional, always making sure i had everything i needed. If you're looking for a serene escape with exceptional food and service, i highly recommend s river resort. It was a memorable stay !

Wonderful stay quiet and calm

The rooms were comfortable and clean, very friendly staff. The restaurants were amazing, pleasant environment.

The room is very well maintained spacious, neat and clean, staff are good, but the lack of activities, good for a break from work.

The property was so good love to visit next time, pool was so clean and a nice backyard, only problem with the reception, won't be there to pick up the call during evening time. Rooms and bathroom was so elegant even the colour theme was so good.

The place was clean + great location by the river + peaceful and quite.

Food was good and rooms were spacious enough. But the washroom was stinking and poor room service. Also there were stray dogs and cats in the premises. Poorly maintained, surrounding area looked dirty, lots of flies in the restaurant area.

Room and bathroom are large and well maintained, friendly staff, good food, and above all superb ambience and sureoundings, the rooms are overlooking the river! thats all you need for a perfect holiday. Thats s river

The s river resort is located at 15 km approx from. Cochin airport on backwater of beautiful lake the food is awasom and vibes are awasome. Must recommend. The pool is clean and clear water, staff ms. Joicee is supportive
