We travel-led there as a family of 4 and a 8 month infant. We booked couple of standard rooms, and they were horrible in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Right after we checked into the room, the bedsheet and linen were dirty, we got them changed. Throughout the night, the toilet was stinking very very bad and i was feeling like vomiting. The smell was so strong and it was coming into the room as well. We asked housekeeping to clean, they cleaned the toilet and sprayed the freshner in the room and the toilet. But that did not help at all since the bad smell was so so strong. I went to the reception and requested for a room change. They showed me 3 more rooms (standard type) and they all were stinking like anything. The washbasin in one of the rooms was full of hair. Ultimately they made me choose the freshner for my room, and i had to literally smell the chemicals to choose the best one. The floor was also dirty. The tap had option to choose hot and cold water, but that was not working properly. Overall a very very bad experience. We were so fed up with the unhygienic conditions that we did not go to the pool also (though it looked clean. The only good part was they gave our infant a small gift at the time of checkout. We had to pay the bill for our dinner at the time of checkout. I did not want to pay the amount owing to the bad experience. We requested them to call their manager at reception, but she was taking forever to come out and talk to us, so we paid the amount as well and came back with a bad mood.
