The property is very beautiful. The rooms are excellent. I specifically liked the dinning areas near lake. The food was excellent. The staff at the property are polite and helpful.

Location and site are too good but need to reform in hospitality. My kids were not taken proper food, they just touched plates and glasses but hotel charged the bill so it should be refunded.

The place is raw and unexplored. Pictures dont justify the kind of views this place offers. The staff was really responsive, warm and extremely comforting. I will come back soon.

We had a pleasant stay at the lake house retreat. Only issue was the service on call was slow but when staff was found in person they responded quite well. The food was delicious. They have ample of activities in the game room to keep one entertained. Overall recommended for a nice, relaxing, peaceful vacation.

Squeaky clean. Polite staff. Good food. Great service. Property is adorned with all kinds of colorful flowers. Set menu for breakfast-lunch and dinner and very limited options to choose from but food was very tasty nonetheless. Property has a 3. 5ft pool which is okay for soaking in and relaxing not a plunge pool. Monsoon made it all so beautiful. Place is perfect for celebrating occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Only minus point i found was the route from bombay to here. It was full of traffic and giant potholes. Took us 6. 5 hours to cover 4 hour distance. But that is not in saffron-stay’s control so no complaints there. Highly recommend. It will be a pleasant change for mumbaikars who are always heading to lonavala for a weekend

It's away from city traffic so no disturbance also has a very good ambience as a property situated near the lake. You should consider this location if you want a peaceful trip with family.

Wonderful experience! sonu kumar chef, deepak, yogesh, manoj everyone was so gentle and helpful. 5 star food! the location of this property is excellent and beautiful. Very clean, hygienic. I loved the experience. Only this i would recommend is to get your own cab or transport to visit nearby tourist places.

The property was amazing, the service was prompt. Felt very comfortable. But the prices of the food offered is high and expensive compared to the varieties on the menu. Apart from that everything went well.
