Overall a good stay because of the location

The stay and location was really amazing. We stayed in the glass house. It was simply awesome. Food you don't have many option and have to inform the care taker 1 day prior then only they will make it. And has very limited item in the menu. The service was overall okay. In glass room there is no room service so one has to come down 3 floors for everything they need. There is no hotel in the nearby 7 kms radius. So plan accordingly. Also the glass room requires a lot of repairing. Then maximum of the french window locks are broken, the main door stoper alignment is not at all proper so it becomes difficult to lock the door.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days (24 may 24 - check in and 27 may 24 check out) at saffron stays - serene retreat, the hideway, alibaug. The stay was comfortable, the property is very good, greenery everywhere, helped to be cool during summer when it was on peak. The food taste is very good. The service (given by the cate taker of the property) is average, as the food was never served on time. There is no any stock maintained for little items of food like bread, eggs, maggie etc. After the order given then the care taker will go any buy the raw material and then will prepare the food. Else, the stay was cool and good.

Saffron retreat justified its name as they have full privacy to us. We enjoyed the pool, outside the garden area, the glassroom was awesome with a perfect view to nature. I strongly recommend this saffron serene retreat to every tourist for their happy experience nd stay.

Really it's a very clean & well designed farm house which is very peaceful & enriched by nature. Our stay was excellent one. The food quality is also very tasty & well served in manner.

Good to see nature view stay with family. Rooms are very executive level. Only issue of drinking water is paid that has to be free for all tourists.

The property is very good. Rooms and cottages are exactly the same as they appear in images. Cleanliness is very well maintained. Aniket is an awesome person. He will make sure that you're comfortable in the resort and tries his best to fulfill your needs. Sangeeta and team will cook delicious food for you and your family. the property is little bit isolated and the road to reach there is very bumpy. Overall it was an excellent experience.

saffron stays retreat is excellent place to relax. cottage room is fantastic with adjoining swimming pool. food is homely and tasty. staff is polite and supportive. beaches are near the property so no need to travel much. overall i had fabulous experience . infact i extended my stay by a day to enjoy more 😄

Hideaway was a very beautiful place to stay, with its green surroundings, clean air, and comfortable pool. Very helpful staff. Sangita was always available and very cordial. Aniket is a great host. Blissful experience.

The location is a little remote, but could be found with title 'the hideaway. That's its actual name as per saffron stays. Food was very good and homely. We liked most of it. The placed was clean and hygienic. Rooms were well maintained, so was the property. Only the pool had a few leaves, but its difficult for them as there is a mango tree beside the pool and it was shedding. All in all it was all great.
