Property was okay. We had a good time. Care takers were very nice. They took care of every small thing that we said. No overcharging at the property. Recommended for big group. Specifically college students. Average for family.

It’s an average property....photos are old and it’s not that new and clean now.caretaker behaviour is good but no food available on property.its almost in the main city so view is okay only.

Good Stay
Location of the property is good. Food we had to order through Zomato. Swimming pool is too small. Regarding services Mr. Raja their caretaker is a very good person and was quick to get the service required.

familyLocation, food was good. Caretaker raj was very helpful to arrange food, bonfire etc. The swimming pool is very small

Certainly not a saffron stay
familyThe house is run down. Torn curtains. Poll is just for name. Only a plunge pool. That too chips broken at lot of places. Floor boards broken. Garden needs maintenance. Old beds/other stuff strewn around the house etc etc. Wonder how mm t rates this as a 5 star property. Not even a 2 star. Saffron stay shifted us to another property but after paying 10000. We had to as we had to as we didnt want to spoil the mood. But this was awful. Maybe listing this property is a mkarketing gimmick. Make people book this then fleece them to pay more to shift to a slightly better one. If booking please be ready to stay in a sub standard place or get fleeced.

Well first of all i am very disappointed because this villa is nothing like what saffron stays promises or the other villas are. I have been to many places here in lonavala like barney, fried and casa delizia and all but never have come across such badly maintained villa, rooms look haunted, walls have been broken, swimming pool tiles are dirty to say the least, it’s not upto standard absolutely not. Only saving grace was the caretaker raghav who took good care of us. Other than that it’s been a waste. I should rather demand half my money back.
Nice
The trip was great and the staff was also quite friendly, the cleaning was also up to the mark couldn’t have asked for more.
