Location near by Brims, food never tasted, amenities and services are okay

Amenities were pathetic. Rooms and furniture are old. Curtains were dirty. Bedsheet, pillow covers, etc. none seems to be washed and ironed. Bathroom doors did not work and there were no locks in the bathroom doors. Hand wash basin had water outflow issues. Hand gun in the toilet hardly had any water flow. Lift buttons were not working properly. Parking lot was dingy and dark. Hotel does not even has water glasses, tea cups, plates to provide if guests requests for those. This was more of a lodge and not a proper hotel. Only thing that saved us was the support staff.

Very friendly environment flexy check-in is there they denied it , check-in was 4pm but informed as check out should be 12pm only..not ready for flexy check-in (24hr stay). Room is good 202 allocated geyser is not working & there is no jug 🏺 to use in washroom to bath 🚿

Facilities are not good

In room there were only croakcroches and room service available as it was night....because of croakcroches I couldn't sleep

I recently stayed at a hotel called Sagar Regency, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The electricity kept going out repeatedly, there were serious water issues, and the room didn’t even have a proper lock from the outside, which was very unsafe. The service was extremely poor, and the overall hygiene of the hotel was unacceptable. I would give this hotel a 0 out of 10 and do not recommend it to anyone.

Was the second time I stayed in this hotel. All was as expected, except the WiFi reception and lack of a refrigerator. The place was clean, and comfy. Food available from the hotel restaurant. One drawback - No breakfast. You have to go elsewhere.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, I had REQUESTED Through MMT for MY EARLY CHECK IN, lucky this hotel approved it and i could check in as early as by 10.30 am So this is a great impression of hotel on me. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy, AC was very chilled, overall excellent service. Food we ordered from downstairs from KHAN CHACHA HOTEL, NON VEG AS WELL AS VEG FOOD WAS GREAT AND VALUE FOR MONEY. Room service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Many thanks MAKE MY TRIP.❤️

Room was not clean properly and Cockroches were running here and there and on the bed. Basic amenities such as water glass , hot water kettle, Tooth brush and paste was not provided. Bathroom door lock is broken and hence door could not be close. How do you hope that I will take your service?
